Terms and Policies

  • Passengers need to have their cell phones on right after arrival.
  • Our drivers will wait for 45 minutes after arrival, if any passenger thinks he needs more than 45 minutes to pick up luggage, please call our service line at: (720)­436­9001 .
  • For missed flights or delays , we need to be notified in an unreasonable amount of time prior to the reservation time.
  • Denver elite limo is not responsible for delays due to bad weather conditions caused by unsafe road conditions, especially for resort trips.
  • Any cancellation should be made 24 hours before pick up time , otherwise full amount of trip will be charged.
