Terms and Conditions

Reservations:

Please make your on-line reservations 48 hours prior to your pickup time.
and your Phone reservations 24 hours prior to your pickup time.

Cancellations:

A full charge will be assessed to your card for a cancellation made less than 24 hours of an online reservation and less than 2 hours of a phone reservation.

No-shows:

Will result in a full charge.

Additional Charges:

May apply for the use of toll ways and/or reservations between 11pm and 6am.

Lost and Found:

Any items found will be shipped to the customers billing address on their charge.

Delays:

The company is not responsible for any delays caused by heavy traffic and/or bad weather.

Gratuity:

The rates provided do not include gratuity so please make sure to add it to your bill.
